There’s nothing worse than a client who is ‘tuned out’ because of the onslaught of irrelevant emails they’ve received. Show your clients how much you respect their time with personalized, relevant, and timely emails they want to read.

What we’ve learned about the new iOS privacy update and email marketing.

Update: Here we are a year or so after the iOS update that had the marketing community up in arms and what have we learned? Much as we expected, open rates have increased significantly (6-10 percentage points) but don’t get too dreamy-eyed over those opens! That’s called an inflated open rate and that’s why you should be basing your marketing decisions on clicks and conversions. These metrics are still the ‘king’s.
